SOHO Building Zhangjiang

JWDA developed a Masterplan for a larger part of the Zhangjiang New Develope Area and designed several Buildings for this Area it self. Most of the Area is Living, Working and Recreation Mix-use. One of several parts I worked on was the so-called SOHO building. SOHO is made of a Cinema, Retail, Service Appartments and Hotel facilities.
I was implementing new Hotel rooms, organized the podium including Cinema and Retail and signed responsible for all CAD drawings of this building during this development phase.
